Job Description

Graham Partners, a Philadelphia area private investment firm, is seeking a well-organized and self-motivated individual to join our fast-paced team as a part-time Accounts Payable Specialist. This role will be responsible for accurately processing invoices, reconciling statements, and ensuring timely payments to vendors.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounts payable principles, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. They will also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and possess a process-oriented mindset.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Itemizing and processing high volumes of invoices and credit cards accurately.
  • Preparing and maintaining monthly accounts payable reports and records.
  • Reconciling vendor statements and resolving any outstanding issues or discrepancies.

Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
  • Strong knowledge of accounts payable principles and practices.
