Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Driver and Warehouse Associate to join our team at Elder Care Alliance. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, parceling and delivering items to sites, and overseeing warehouse volunteers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate logs of daily temperatures, inventory, and cleaning schedules.
  • Supervise warehouse volunteers and ensure proper disposal of unusable items.
  • Parcel adequate quantity and quality of food for each site, prepare delivery slips, and load pallets and items in truck/van.
  • Drive truck to sites, assist volunteers with unloading, setup, and cleanup.
  • Oversee documentation of attendance sheets, volunteer records, and USDA forms.
  • Provide ongoing training, supervision, promotion, and appreciation of warehouse and site volunteers.
  • Promote volunteer recruitment and assist with site inspections and visits from funders and sponsors.
Requirements
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Cleared criminal record clearance through the Department of Social Services.
  • Health screening and TB test results not older than 6 months.
  • Current First Aid Training and Certifications as per Title 22.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to repeatedly lift 20, 30, or 45 pounds.
