Job Summary: J&A Glass & Mirror Inc. is seeking a skilled Glazier - Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of basic construction labor experience, valid ID and driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 70 pounds.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $50,750, based on experience. As a full-time employee, you will benefit from a comprehensive compensation package, including 401(k) matching, dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off after 60 days employment, vision insurance, and $200 yearly boot reimbursement.

Main Responsibilities include:
  • Cleaning and preparing work areas or job sites as required.
  • Loading, offloading, and delivering materials to work sites.
  • Assisting in the installation of glass, storefront/curtain wall, and doors with closers and thresholds.
  • Working under the guidance of a Lead and Foreman.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Basic construction labor experience.
  • Valid ID and driver's license free of major accidents and DUIs.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
  • Punctuality, reliability, and a positive attitude.
