Job Title: Foreman/Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Foreman/Superintendent to oversee and coordinate all activities on a construction site. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of workers, including work schedules, project progress, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate labor, supplies, materials, and other project requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other construction management to determine budget and timeline.
  • Coordinate materials and equipment delivery with vendors and suppliers.
  • Create schedules for workers and subcontractors.
  • Schedule and coordinate subcontractors for efficient completion of the project.
  • Maintain a daily log for the job site's operations, reporting to management as necessary.
  • Make changes in the operation as necessary to best meet construction deadlines.
  • Implement management techniques that are cost-effective and efficient.
  • Ensure safety requirements are implemented on the job site.
Requirements:
  • Embrace a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
  • Able to work both independently and as a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Decision-making ability.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on providing solutions.
  • Ability to conduct negotiations with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Firm understanding of building construction processes and tools.
  • Working knowledge of engineering design, procurement, and construction practices and procedures.
  • Some knowledge of project management cost systems.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
