Job Description

The Guest Experience Coordinator at Lexima plays a critical role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional stay with us. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, resolving guest issues promptly and efficiently, and maintaining the highest level of professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, respond to guest inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process all guest check-ins/check-outs, room reservations, requests, changes, and cancellations efficiently and effectively.
  • Collect payments, verify and adjust billing as directed by the General Manager.
  • Keep abreast of hotel policies concerning rates, group and other discounts, and special offerings.
  • Issue room keys, explain room features to guests and provide directions and information regarding property amenities, services, hours of operation and local areas of interest.
  • Keep records of room availability and guests' accounts.
  • Perform bookkeeping activities such as making cash deposits, completing daily audit, running reports, and posting payments to guest folios.

Physical Requirements
  • This role requires frequent standing, walking, and sitting, as well as occasional lifting and carrying of up to 25 pounds.
