Job Title: Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse to join our team at Ventura County Medical Center. The ideal candidate will possess a current state license as a RN and have at least 2 years of recent experience as a PICU RN.

Responsibilities:

* Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill children in the PICU
* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
* Conduct thorough assessments and monitor patients' conditions
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
* Educate patients and families on disease management and self-care

Requirements:

* Current RN license in the state of California
* At least 2 years of recent experience as a PICU RN
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
