About the Role:

The Member Frontline Service Associate will be responsible for maintaining store appearance, providing member service, and assisting members with purchasing decisions. This role requires a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment by zoning areas, arranging merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages.
  • Provide exceptional member service by acknowledging members, reviewing receipts, and identifying member needs.
  • Assist members with purchasing decisions, locate merchandise, and resolve member issues and concerns.
  • Process member purchases, assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies and procedures.
  • Secure and safeguard Sam's Club assets and property by observing potential criminal activity and executing emergency response procedures.
  • Train new associates on company processes and procedures, teach new technology and tool functionality, and provide continuous learning and process improvement opportunities.

Salary Information:

The estimated hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $24.00 per hour. Additional compensation may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
