About the Role

META Dynamic Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to join our team. As a Clinical Specialist, you will play a vital role in assisting surgeons during complex surgical procedures involving the brain, spine, or sinus.

Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site consulting, guidance, and assistance to physicians and OR personnel by evaluating options and problem-solving during surgery to maximize IGS (Image Guided Surgery) product efficiency and usage.
  • Direct and assist Radiology staff in performing necessary scans prior to or during surgery.
  • Educate and train physicians and hospital personnel, including OR staff, Radiology, Central Sterile Processing, Biomedical, and Information Technologies staff on the use of IGS products and services.
  • Work closely with the Regional Manager to ensure the territory's needs are being met while communicating case outcomes.
  • Act as the primary customer liaison, assess satisfaction and usage levels, and work to increase case volume in the territory.
  • Maintain system and equipment cleanliness.
  • Absolute responsiveness to requests for case coverage.
  • Occasional travel required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and/or OR experience.
  • Proficient in the use of PC software applications including Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivated, detail oriented and a proven history of ability to make independent decisions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with an ability to work within a team.
  • Must live in the Dallas/Fort Worth area or be willing to move.
