Role Summary:

As an Evening Bakery Production Team Member at Michele's Granola, you will play a vital role in our Production Team. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately create various granola cereal recipes in small batches from scratch. You will collaborate with Production Managers and fellow team members to enhance productivity while ensuring the consistent high quality of our handcrafted products.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Maintain clear, consistent, and respectful communication with all Production Team Members, Bake Team, and Supervisors.

Specific Duties Include:

  1. Measuring and combining raw ingredients according to recipe guidelines.
  2. Weighing granola onto baking sheets as per recipe specifications.
  3. Spreading granola evenly across baking sheets following recipe instructions.
  4. Loading oven racks while adhering to all quality assurance protocols.
  5. Performing cleaning tasks, including dishwashing, sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal.
  6. Carrying out additional tasks as assigned.

General Responsibilities for All Production Team Members:

  1. Arriving punctually for each production shift.
  2. Following safe work practices, including cleaning, uniform, and hygiene standards.
  3. Complying with established production, food handling safety, and sanitation protocols.
  4. Ensuring consistency in food quality and upholding high quality assurance standards.
  5. Maintaining a clean and sanitary production environment.
  6. Managing allergens and preventing contamination.
  7. Completing other assigned duties, such as assisting the Packaging Team or supporting facility maintenance.
