About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our wholesale and retail customers, answering their questions about our products, and recommending the right solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to wholesale and retail customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing personalized recommendations to meet their needs.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled with a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, including features, benefits, and applications, to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and objectives, and to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
  • Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds on occasion.
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
  • Have at least a high school diploma or GED.
  • Have at least one year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
  • Have previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products.
  • Have previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
