Golden Touch ABA stands as a premier provider of applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy, dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals with autism. We are in search of committed and empathetic Behavioral Support Specialists (RBTs) to become part of our dynamic team. In this position, you will collaborate under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement strategies and positive reinforcement techniques aimed at assisting individuals with autism in acquiring vital skills for greater independence.
Primary Duties:
- Deliver applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in their everyday environments.
- Gather, evaluate, and prepare data for reporting purposes.
- Work in conjunction with other program personnel to maintain program integrity.
- Communicate with parents and guardians regarding the daily progress of clients.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field is advantageous.
- Prior experience with individuals who have developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges is beneficial.
- Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and methodologies is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to function effectively as part of a collaborative team.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
- Reliable transportation is necessary for traveling to clients' locations or other service sites, depending on client needs.
