  • Anticipate demand to stay ahead of orders during shifts.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, tools, and equipment.
  • Prepare and uphold the line and par levels as dictated by the menu.
  • Organize the walk-in cooler and freezer effectively.
  • Assist with inventory temperature logs and waste documentation as needed.
