About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Applied Behavior Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing teaching programs that reflect behavioral and other outcomes and objectives identified in the Individual Support Plan (ISP).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that comply with agreed contracted requirements and satisfy all relevant insurance certification and other expectations.
  • Conduct assessments with clients and their parents/guardians, and provide parent training/meetings on a weekly or biweekly basis.
  • Act as supervisor and mentor to Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavioral Technicians.
  • Participate in coordination of care of clients as appropriate.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience in applied behavior analysis and autism intervention, and will be certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). A willingness to travel to the local area for required supervision and family meetings is also essential.

Work Environment

Our BCBA role is a hybrid position, with dominantly remote scope of work that requires in-person, client-specific presence only once per month (for local BCBAs) or one week in 60 days (for out-of-state BCBAs). Paid travel is provided for all in-person supervision, and our BCBAs are given full flexibility to build their own schedule to meet clients' needs, while maintaining their work-life balance.
