About the Role

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our team as a Retail Solutions Specialist. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for setting up and operating 3 and 5 axis CNC machines to produce high-quality retail display cases and millwork/décor.

As a leading manufacturer of commercial grade retail display cases, we foster a creative and self-motivated atmosphere to stay ahead in today's competitive retail world. We work with leading retailers like Sam's Club, Academy, Kohl's, and Wal-Mart to create shopping experiences seen every day.

Your role will involve:

  • Setting up and managing CNC machines to perform different jobs, including drilling and milling
  • Ensuring CNC machine operations align with company guidelines
  • Overseeing machine execution and making necessary changes to achieve improved results
  • Daily machinery checks to guarantee functionality
  • Verifying machining process results meet expectations
  • Conducting regular CNC machine assessments

You will be working on various materials such as wood, glass, and metal, and carrying out tasks to precise specifications.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a CNC machine operator or equivalent trade school education

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong comprehension and analytical abilities
  • Great attention to detail
  • Good computer and mathematical skills
  • Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy items

In addition, hands-on experience with manual, semi-automated, or automated tools and machines is highly valued.
