CNC Machinist Setup/Operator

As a CNC Set-up Machinist at Jahabow, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our production process. Your expertise in setting up and managing 3 and 5 axis CNC machines will be essential in producing top-notch retail display cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage CNC machines to perform various jobs, including drilling and milling
• Ensure CNC machines operate according to company guidelines
• Oversee machine operations and make necessary adjustments for optimal results
• Conduct regular machinery checks to guarantee functionality
• Evaluate machining processes to ensure alignment with expectations

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a CNC machine operator or equivalent trade school education

• Ability to translate mechanical documents and engineering designs
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong analytical and comprehension skills
• Good computer and mathematical abilities
• Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy items
