Look no further than Universal Technical Institute, where we offer a unique opportunity for experienced auto and diesel technicians to join our team as Part-Time Auto or Diesel Instructors.
As an instructor, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds and skills of our students, imparting your knowledge and expertise in diagnostics, maintenance, and repair. Your hands-on approach and interactive teaching style will inspire students to succeed, and your patience and empathy will help them overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
What We Offer:

Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging and inclusive learning environments that foster student growth and success
- Lead by example and provide hands-on training, ensuring students gain real-world experience in diagnostic, maintenance, and repair
- Collaborate with our education team to enhance existing courses and develop new ones that align with industry trends and advancements
- Mentor students on their individual projects, encouraging critical thinking and innovative problem-solving
- Instill the importance of safety procedures and best practices to ensure a secure working environment for students
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of practical work experience in the automotive industry
- ASE certifications highly valued, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient and empathetic approach to teaching
