Frontline Cashier Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Frontline Cashier Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our front-end team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional member service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding member service by greeting and thanking each customer, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, restocking shelves and ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a positive attitude and providing excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store culture.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
