Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement KinderCare's research-backed curriculum, adapting to the unique needs of each child.
  • Create a safe, nurturing environment that fosters growth and exploration.
  • Partner with parents, sharing a commitment to providing the best care and education for their children.
  • Support center success, collaborating with staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community contacts.
Qualifications:
  • Starting rate of pay is $14.80/hour, with a robust tenure-based pay model for qualified individuals.
  • Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and effective multitasking.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
  • Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or willingness to obtain.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds, work indoors or outdoors, and engage in physical activity with children.
  • Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents.
