As a Child Care Teacher, you will be responsible for creating engaging and interactive learning experiences for children from infancy to preschool age. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement lesson plans that align with state and national standards
  • Establish positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Monitor and document children's progress, identifying areas of strength and need
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement activities that promote social-emotional learning

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; early childhood coursework or degree preferred
  • At least six months of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool
  • Ability to pass required state and company background checks
