Job Opportunity: Registered Dietitian

Nation's Home Medical Equipment, a subsidiary of LifeBridge Health, is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing nutritional assessments, education, and support to patients and caregivers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial and ongoing nutritional assessments to identify patient needs and develop personalized plans.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Assist with reimbursement issues and maintain relationships with other healthcare professionals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with dietitians and healthcare professionals to enhance nutrition therapy marketing efforts.
  • Maintain continuing education requirements and clinical skills to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Identify and report any issues that require corrective action.
  • Work collaboratively with the Enteral and Pharmacy Departments to support operations.

Requirements:

  • Registered member of the American Dietetic Association
  • RD license
  • Valid MD Driver's license
  • Minimum 3 years experience
  • Experience with Enteral required and TPNs strongly preferred
  • Home Health experience preferred
  • Excellent clinical skills
  • In-depth knowledge of reimbursement criteria
  • Ensure CE credits are maintained
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Office 365, EMRs, and mobile device applications.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and reporting skills
  • Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm

This position offers a competitive salary range of $72 to $85K, based on experience.
