We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical Telemetry team at Providence Medford Medical Center. As a Medical Telemetry Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care to patients with various medical conditions, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients with medical conditions, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing various medical procedures.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing interventions as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License.
- 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a medical telemetry setting.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
