At Ford's Garage Liberty, we're seeking a skilled Expeditor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you'll be responsible for ensuring that all food orders are prepared and delivered to our guests in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and expedite food orders according to company recipes and guest special requests.
- Communicate effectively with the service and heart of house teams to ensure seamless food delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to our high standards of quality and safety.
- Perform opening and closing duties, as well as side work, to ensure a smooth operation.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Previous kitchen experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Knowledge of basic restaurant hospitality and a fully engaged, service-minded attitude.
- Food Safety certification, as required by state law.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
