  • Use our standards of engagement for all service techniques, ensuring a high level of quality and consistency in every interaction.
  • Check with guests regularly during their dining experience to confirm satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Provide guests with their check promptly and return the receipt promptly, ensuring a seamless payment process.
  • Keep all service and table areas clean, organized, and stocked, maintaining a high level of presentation and ambiance.
  • Assist the bus server in clearing and pre-bussing whenever possible, ensuring efficient service and minimizing wait times.
  • Provide engaged, friendly, and attentive customer service to all guests, inclusive of eye contact, respectful conversation, and smiling.
  • Comfortably work in the kitchen assisting with plating and serving as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Practice the highest regard for safety within all areas and with all materials, adhering to our company's safety protocols.
  • Follow and adhere to all standards set forth by the Department of Health (DOH) and state and federal liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcohol.

Qualifications:

  • Deliver timely and courteous service to LDV Hospitality guests in adherence to our company policies and procedures.
  • Ability to speak, understand, read, and write in English.
  • Basic math skills are required for accurate handling of cash and credit transactions.
  • Maintain a friendly, helpful, and positive attitude at all times, providing a welcoming experience for our guests.
  • Strong customer service background, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to have an outgoing, friendly disposition for guest relations, with a focus on building strong relationships and loyalty.
  • Working knowledge of the full food and drink menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing suggestions.
  • Adherence to company, state, and county sanitation standards, ensuring a clean and safe environment for our guests.
  • Strict adherence to posted schedule and clock in/out at times, demonstrating reliability and accountability.
  • Attendance to company meetings and training seminars as required, staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices.
  • Responsible for training and developing new employees to LDV Hospitality's standards of service, providing guidance and support to ensure success.
  • Adherence to company uniform and grooming policies, maintaining a professional appearance at all times.
  • Perform all other related and compatible duties as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing needs.
