Job Title: Busser Assistant

SA Hospitality Group is a leading provider of upscale dining experiences in New York City and beyond. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Busser Assistant to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Busser Assistant will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurants. This includes setting up tables, maintaining stations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up tables with the appropriate mise en place, including condiments, utensils, and linens.
  • Maintain stations throughout the service period, ensuring that all necessary items are stocked and organized.
  • Deliver bread and water to tables, as well as assist with clearing and resetting tables as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including side work and special projects.
Requirements:
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
