Key Responsibilities- Provide patient care activities for a group of patients and their families through the application of independent judgment, communication, and collaboration with all team members.

- Successful completion of an approved nurse practitioner program.
- BSN or MSN preferred.
- 2 years CRNP experience, plus an additional year experience in specialty area of geriatrics, palliative care, or chronic disease management required.
- Professional nursing experience as a registered nurse preferred.
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certification.
- Current Prescriptive Authority Approval by the Commonwealth of PA required.
- Current Drug Enforcement Agency registration (DEA certificate) required.
- Board Certified in Adult, Gerontology, or Family Medicine preferred.
