We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Information & Technology Management. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and improving our business systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze existing business systems and user needs to identify areas for improvement
- Apply business process reengineering techniques to enhance effectiveness
- Prepare solution options, including risk identification and financial analyses
- Develop detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required for developing or modifying computer programs
- 4 years of experience in data governance or data management or a related area as a business analyst
- 4 years of experience working directly with program/business staff to implement a technical solution
- 4 years of experience engaging with and preparing verbal and written communications and presentations for non-technical staff
- 4 years of experience guiding stakeholders in managing change related to technology and business processes
- 4 years of experience working with cross-functional teams
- Preferred: 2 years of experience documenting business and technical metadata, Informatica data governance tool experience, and working with public health program areas or data assets
