Job Title: Evening Mammography Technologist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mammography Technologist to join our team at ImageCare Radiology. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mammography and x-ray imaging, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Summary:

The Evening Mammography Technologist will be responsible for performing high-quality mammography and x-ray exams, ensuring accurate and timely results. The successful candidate will work closely with our radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform mammography and x-ray exams, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Develop and maintain accurate patient records, including exam results and follow-up instructions.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices.
Requirements:
  • ARRT Certification (Required)
  • BLS Certification (Preferred)
  • Medical imaging experience, preferably in mammography and x-ray (Preferred)
  • Specialized schooling and/or on-the-job education in a specific skill area, plus 6+ months related experience and/or training (Preferred)
