Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team supporting end of arm tooling, robotics, and automated assembly machinery. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide input in process improvement initiatives and influence the manufacturing team for an exciting new project development launch.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and program robots, EOAT, conveyors, degators, and secondary equipment.
  • Document robotic application development and maintenance, creating backups to robot programs and parameters.
  • Troubleshoot assembly equipment and other machinery, including pad printers, sonic welders, heat stakers, and hot stampers.
  • Learn and master all necessary areas of the quality system.
  • Support automated machinery production runs by solving technical issues.
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
  • Responsible for training on assembly machines and robot set-ups.
  • Ensure that work instructions are up to date.
  • Order new parts and materials as needed.
  • Follow all safe work practices and standard operating procedures.
Requirements
  • 6 - 10 years of experience in a related field.
  • Completion of an accredited two-year technical college program or a four-year university program is preferred.
  • Fork truck and Lock out Tag out Certification.
  • Demonstrates abilities with 6-axis and SCARA Type Robots (Fanuc).
  • Toolmaker/Machine Builder experience is a plus.
