We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team supporting end of arm tooling, robotics, and automated assembly machinery. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide input in process improvement initiatives and influence the manufacturing team for an exciting new project development launch.
Responsibilities- Set up and program robots, EOAT, conveyors, degators, and secondary equipment.
- Document robotic application development and maintenance, creating backups to robot programs and parameters.
- Troubleshoot assembly equipment and other machinery, including pad printers, sonic welders, heat stakers, and hot stampers.
- Learn and master all necessary areas of the quality system.
- Support automated machinery production runs by solving technical issues.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Responsible for training on assembly machines and robot set-ups.
- Ensure that work instructions are up to date.
- Order new parts and materials as needed.
- Follow all safe work practices and standard operating procedures.
- 6 - 10 years of experience in a related field.
- Completion of an accredited two-year technical college program or a four-year university program is preferred.
- Fork truck and Lock out Tag out Certification.
- Demonstrates abilities with 6-axis and SCARA Type Robots (Fanuc).
- Toolmaker/Machine Builder experience is a plus.
