Job Description

Pete Fowler Construction Services, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Technical Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our technical department, you will play a crucial role in coordinating projects and ensuring timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and financial statements.
Requirements and Qualifications
  1. A minimum of 5 years of construction experience or a combination of education and field experience.
  2. Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to think critically and solve problems.
  3. Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word/Excel/Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Email, and Internet Research Tools.
  4. Possession of architectural or engineering registration, contractor license(s),and/or inspection certification(s) is preferred.

The estimated salary for this position is $78,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
