Job Overview

Healthy Kids Programs is seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to join our Early Childhood Learning team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our young students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate engaging and interactive activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development in children.
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment that fosters a love of learning and exploration.
  • Establish strong relationships with parents and families through regular communication and updates.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in early childhood education, including OCFS guidelines and Healthy Kids Programs policies.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with children, colleagues, and families, promoting a culture of respect and empathy.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; early childhood education experience preferred.
  • Ability to pass a background check, including fingerprinting and references.
  • Medical clearance and TB test required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and participate in physical activities with children.
