- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in apartment maintenance or a related field.
- Certifications: EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling, as well as all certifications required by state and local jurisdictions.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights up to 50 pounds independently and 150 pounds with assistance.
