Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of change management strategies using structured methodologies to enhance engagement and adoption during digital transformation projects, including Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and SAP S/4HANA ERP.
- Create tailored change management deliverables such as Leader Alignment Plans, Stakeholder Engagement Plans, Communication Plans, and Training Plans that actively involve leaders and colleagues in the change process.
- Foster collaborative relationships with leaders and colleagues to drive change across digital transformation efforts, providing support and coaching to leaders as key change advocates.
- Conduct change impact analyses to evaluate the effects of changes on people, processes, technology, and data, and develop persona-based journeys to prepare stakeholders for new processes and tools.
- Assist in defining organizational roles and responsibilities, ensuring alignment with business processes and tools related to digital transformation initiatives.
- Develop comprehensive training plans to equip colleagues with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to changes in their daily operations, including assessing training needs and partnering with vendors for content development.
- Establish evaluation methods and success metrics to gauge colleague readiness and monitor adoption progress, ensuring alignment with business outcomes.
- Manage a blended model of internal and external resources to effectively deliver change management plans and oversee the digital transformation change portfolio.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Education, or Human Capital Development.
- 5-7 years of experience in a business environment as a change practitioner, with at least one year in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in large-scale organizational change initiatives, particularly in technology enablement projects.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to engage and build trust with leaders and teams.
- Ability to cultivate effective relationships across the organization to influence and achieve common goals.
- Experience in a collaborative, team-oriented environment, with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and navigate transitions between various digital transformation initiatives.
- Resilience and determination to succeed in ambiguous situations, with a forward-thinking approach to evolving change practices.
