About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to fill the position of Power System Reliability Lead at AECC-Arkansas Electric Cooperative Corp.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise a team of technicians and engineers responsible for maintaining and operating transmission and substation equipment.
  • Capital Planning: Plan and manage the capital budget for assigned areas of responsibility, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Reliability Initiatives: Develop and implement initiatives to improve the reliability of transmission and substation equipment.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and communication among teams.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs for team members and develop plans to address these gaps.
