Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Travel Laborer to join our team at our facility in Lenox, Iowa. As a Travel Laborer, you will be responsible for packing finished high-quality frozen egg products in cases according to customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Pack finished high-quality frozen egg products in cases according to customer specifications.
• Ensure that all policies, procedures, and activities related to Food Safety & Quality are followed and complied with uniformly.
• Rotate to different positions during shift.
• Assist in the general good housekeeping of the area.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures and incorporate safety and health in all jobs and tasks.
• Adhere to Quality work practices, follow all GMP's, maintain sanitary conditions, and ensure that product quality is maintained.
• Report to management any conditions or practices that may adversely affect food safety and quality.
• Ensure regulatory compliance at all times.

Requirements

• Ability to read a limited number of two-and three-syllable words in English and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers.
• Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
• Ability to deal with problems involving one concrete variable in standardized situations.

Language Skills

The ability to communicate effectively in English is essential for this role.
