Team Prior, Inc is a franchise of Domino's Pizza with locations in Maine and Connecticut. We have earned global recognition as one of the top franchises within the Domino's network. Franchisee Lee Prior began his journey with Domino's as a Customer Service Representative at the age of 19.
In a remarkably short period, he advanced through the ranks to become Assistant Manager and subsequently General Manager of the Rockland, Maine store.
In 2010, Lee acquired the Rockland store and has been dedicated to his mission of operating the finest pizza establishments in the world.
Position Overview
Domino's Pizza is seeking the next generation of leadership, starting with Shift Managers.
We are in search of individuals who can effectively manage the opening or closing of our stores, ensuring that we operate at peak performance throughout the day.
This role serves as the initial step towards our Management Program. It is a demanding position that requires a natural aptitude for leadership. Essential skills include sound judgment, numerical proficiency, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.You'll be part of a dynamic and flexible organization. Key Responsibilities and Requirements
You will oversee all operations during your shift, which encompasses cost management, inventory oversight, cash handling, and customer relations. Setting a positive example is crucial, and adherence to all policies and procedures is expected from both you and your team.

Process phone orders and manage sensitive customer information responsibly. Execute credit transactions and deliver exceptional customer service through positive interactions, whether in person or over the phone.Collaborate with your team by being punctual, supporting various workstations during your shift, and completing all closing tasks, including cleaning, at the end of each shift.
Foster a collaborative atmosphere filled with energy and enjoyment. Operate all necessary equipment and ensure daily cleanliness of the facility. Perform other assigned duties, including preparing quality products, handling ingredients, and taking orders.- Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations accurately and swiftly (calculator use permitted). Must be capable of providing correct monetary change. Strong verbal, written, and telephone skills are necessary for processing orders.

General Responsibilities for All Store Team Members

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS, including, but not limited to the following:
Standing
Most tasks are performed while standing. Work surfaces are typically between 36" and 48" high.
Walking
- Occasional short-distance walking required.
- Delivery personnel must travel between the store and delivery vehicle, and from the vehicle to the customer's location.
Sitting
Paperwork is usually completed at a desk or table.
Lifting
- Bulk deliveries occur multiple times a week and are unloaded by team members using hand trucks.
- Deliveries may include cases of ingredients weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Items are typically lifted from the floor and placed on shelves up to 72" high.
Carrying
- Occasional carrying of heavy items, such as pizza sauce and trays of dough.
- During deliveries, team members carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing stairs.
Pushing
- Moving trays on dollies requires a moderate amount of force.
Climbing
- Infrequent navigation of stairs or ladders for various tasks.
Stooping/Bending
- Forward bending is necessary at various workstations.
Crouching/Squatting
Occasional tasks may require crouching or squatting.
Reaching
- Continuous reaching for various tasks, including obtaining ingredients and cleaning.
