Key Responsibilities
  • Serve meals to residents, family members, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist residents with menu selections and track attendance at meals.
  • Deliver meals to resident rooms as required and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
  • Prepare the dining room prior to each meal by performing necessary cleaning and stocking.
  • Cooperate with other staff members to ensure seamless service and a positive dining experience.
Requirements
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Previous wait staff experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift 10 lbs or less and stand for long periods.
  • Good physical health and ability to perform physical requirements of the job.
Working Conditions

The Dining Room Server will work in a well-lighted and ventilated dining area with a moderate noise level. The position requires frequent standing, walking, and bending, as well as occasional lifting and carrying of objects.
