About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team in Waterloo, Iowa. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic healthcare provider and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- To provide excellent patient care by operating imaging equipment and assisting radiologists during procedures.
- To maintain accurate records of patient information and medical history.
- To work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure smooth operation of the department.
- To maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to strict infection control protocols.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current license to practice as a Registered Radiologic Technologist (RRT) in Iowa.
- At least 5 years of experience in Interventional Radiology or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in stressful situations.
- A strong commitment to patient safety and quality care.
