We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Broad Reach Healthcare. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Assist with activities of daily living and provide emotional support to patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
