Job Summary

Eskenazi Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Primary Care team. As a LPN, you will work collaboratively with an RN to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. You will be responsible for administering prescribed treatments and medications, maintaining medication accountability records, and participating in team meetings to ensure effective client care.

Responsibilities

* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with an RN
* Administer prescribed treatments and medications after demonstration of clinical competency
* Maintain medication accountability records and stock records
* Participate in team meetings to ensure effective client care

Requirements

* Graduation from an accredited training program for Licensed Practical Nurses, or the equivalent
* Six months of clinical nursing experience with patients of all age groups
* Experience working in a physician's office, immediate care, or emergency room preferred
