Job Summary:

Life Care is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Memory Care Unit team. As an LPN, you will provide quality nursing care on assigned shifts and ensure the completion of all care-related tasks and documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality nursing care on assigned shifts
  • Ensure completion of all care-related tasks and documentation
  • Supervise unit personnel as assigned and coordinate completion of care duties
  • Oversee responsibilities of Qualified Medication Aides and Certified Nursing Aides assigned to the unit

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with passed board exam as designated by the State Board of Health
  • Currently licensed with the Indiana State Board of Nurses Registration and Education as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Thorough knowledge of clinical nursing and SNF Regulations, as well as practical knowledge of nursing skills and standards
