Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Compliance and Security to join our team at SubjectWell, Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the company's compliance with industry standards and regulations, as well as protecting our sensitive data and systems from cyber threats.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance, risk management, and cybersecurity, with experience in managing security and compliance programs, conducting audits and risk assessments, and developing policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.

This is a remote work opportunity that offers a competitive salary of $160,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive security and compliance program to protect SubjectWell's sensitive data and systems.
  • Conduct regular security and compliance audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Manage vendor security evaluations and perform enterprise risk assessments.
  • Develop training programs to educate employees on security and compliance best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, and/or cybersecurity.
  • CISSP or IAPP certifications and/or advanced degree preferred.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
