Job Summary

As a Security Officer, you will serve and safeguard clients in various industries, including commercial real estate, healthcare, education, government, and more. You will be responsible for providing customer service, carrying out safety and security procedures, and responding to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients by executing safety and security protocols, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, working in various environments and conditions.

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
  • Pass a background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
  • Pass a drug screen, as required by law.
  • Licensing requirements may be necessary, depending on state and local laws.
