Security Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Security Personnel to join our team at Brook Lane. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our employees, property, clients, patients, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a safe and secure environment for all individuals on our premises.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents, including alarm activations and suspicious activity.
- Operate and maintain access control systems, including card readers and door locks.
- Conduct regular patrols of the facility to deter and detect potential security threats.
- Assist with visitor management, including checking identification and issuing visitor badges.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a safety or security role, preferably in a healthcare or long-term care setting.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
