Position Overview:
This role is pivotal in steering the leadership, administration, and overall prosperity of the community.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee family services, resident care, financial oversight, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and business development objectives to optimize revenue.
- Attract, nurture, and retain exceptional talent while supervising and mentoring a high-performing team.


Qualifications:
- Proven track record in senior leadership positions, ideally as a Chief Executive Officer or in a comparable role.
- Strong expertise in operational management, strategic planning, and business growth.
- Demonstrated capacity to lead teams effectively and cultivate a cooperative work environment.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a history of successful collaborations.
- Proficient in process enhancement methodologies to boost organizational efficiency.
Supervisory Duties:
- Direct the Management Team and oversee the comprehensive management of the community.
Essential Functions:
- Manage the overall operations of the community.
- Plan, direct, and supervise the business office, culinary services, wellness programs, activities, transportation, and maintenance services.
- Develop and adhere to the budget, implement cost-saving measures, and ensure high-quality service and care.
- Maintain open communication with families, residents, and staff.
- Ensure all regulatory requirements are current for tracking and auditing purposes.
- Oversee annual audits by relevant authorities and agencies.
Community Engagement:
- Foster a positive environment for residents, families, friends, and team members while promoting resident independence and satisfaction.
- Build and maintain relationships within the local community to drive business into the organization.
- Effectively communicate and facilitate group presentations.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance revenue and market position while ensuring high occupancy through effective marketing strategies.
- Attract, develop, and retain top talent.
Team Management:
- Supervise and train a high-quality team, managing team member relations, recognition, hiring, coaching, performance management, and daily operations supervision.
Education and Experience:
- Associate's Degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field, or 5 years of experience as an Assisted Living Manager.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of management experience in a skilled nursing care center or assisted living community with significant responsibility for achieving goals.
- Certified Assisted Living Manager's license in good standing.
- Current valid fingerprint clearance card and first aid/CPR certification.
Skills:
- Ability to ensure the delivery of quality care and services to residents.
- Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
- Knowledge of interpreting financial records and reports.
- Ability to plan, develop, and implement programs, policies, and procedures.
- Skills to cultivate positive employee and community relationships necessary for providing quality care and maintaining sound business operations.
- Ability to adhere to applicable policies and procedures as well as current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing long-term care.
- Proven ability to set and achieve census and financial targets.
- Capable of lifting a minimum of 25 to 75 pounds.
- Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.

Compensation:
Starting from $85,000.00 annually
