Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and coordinate van maintenance and repairs at our Fulfillment Center and Spoke locations
  • Manage fuel and wash services for our van fleet, including scheduling and payment coordination
  • Track and oversee work order schedules and payment for van repairs and services
  • Maintain accurate records of fleet maintenance and repairs
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and services
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of experience in a similar role or in a related field
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
