Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Operator to join our team on the Swing Shift. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining documentation, upholding quality and safety standards, and ensuring efficient plant operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation associated with operations
  • Uphold quality, safety, and cleanliness standards within designated areas
  • Ensure all required maintenance is performed
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient plant operations
  • Address equipment problems promptly to minimize downtime
  • Ensure all resources are available for production runs
  • Set up the oncoming shift for successful runs
  • Perform any duties necessary to support the team
  • Obtain necessary information at pre-shift tailgate meetings and from off-going operators
  • Vigilantly monitor equipment operation for indications of impending problems and possible operational improvements
  • Backup to all production jobs as needed
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Intermediate computer skills (e.g., Word, Excel)
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Solid mechanical skills
  • Ability to work well with people
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
Work Environment

This role requires standing for long periods, occasional sitting, and frequent walking, bending, and lifting of heavy objects. The working hours are 1:00 pm to 9:30 pm, with Monday and Tuesday days off.
