NIGHTWING GROUP is in search of Technical Operations Engineers to deliver specialized SIGINT collection services in support of critical customer missions worldwide. As a vital member of a distinguished team, you will engage in operations that significantly contribute to National Security. Personnel may be required to carry defensive weapons, and customer-specific training will be provided, including weaponry instruction. While weapons certification is not a prerequisite for hiring, candidates must be willing and capable of obtaining certification.
This role is subject to final customer approval and funding.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum TS SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
- Extensive background in SIGINT collection operations
- Proficient knowledge of SIGINT collection technology
- Military experience or equivalent, particularly in combat zones
- Qualified and willing to be armed as per customer requirements
- Availability for OCONUS travel approximately 25% - 50%
- Self-motivated and able to collaborate effectively within a small team

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in special operations such as Radio Reconnaissance, SOT-A, Force Reconnaissance, etc.
- Background in tactical air or ground SIGINT, including collection, analysis, and training
- Expertise in SIGINT collection, Direction Finding, and Geolocation
- Experience in SIGINT equipment installation
- A minimum of 3 years in military special operations
- Bachelor's Degree with eight (8) years of relevant experience; military background or equivalent operational experience may substitute for a degree.

Applicants must be U.S. Citizens with an active TS/SCI clearance and polygraph from the start of employment and must be crossover eligible.
