Paralegal Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal I to join our team at Snap-on. As a Paralegal I, you will be responsible for carrying out legal tasks and administration with high levels of accuracy, demonstrating well-reasoned independent judgment in a high-volume and fast-paced environment.

• Ensure that all legal documents, agreements, and disclosures are complete, accurate, and processed in a timely manner within Snap-on's policies and procedures.
• Perform various legal tasks as needed, including acting as a liaison between the bankruptcy attorney and central office personnel, field personnel, and agencies.
• Recommend potential losses to portfolio managers on a weekly basis.
• Assist with UCC terminations, continuations, and other related tasks.
• Assist Civil litigation paralegals with account placements to our vendor law firms.

• Paralegal certificate or willingness to work toward certificate.
• Associate or Bachelor's Degree plus 2-4 years of experience in a financial services environment preferred.
• Knowledge of bankruptcy law is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills and knowledge, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
