Octapharma Plasma is seeking a seasoned leader to oversee our donor center operations. As a Donor Center Director, you will be responsible for managing a team of professionals who are dedicated to collecting plasma for life-saving medicines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the donor center, including production, quality compliance, finance, HR, and IT.
  • Act as a liaison with corporate functions to ensure center compliance and performance.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of state and federal regulations to ensure facility compliance.
  • Comply with regulations related to quality of product, employee and donor safety, and day-to-day activities.
  • Ensure accurate and timely product shipments and sample submissions.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with donors to stimulate retention, referrals, and production growth.
  • Meet projected production budget in quantity and potency.
  • Train, develop, and manage staff in accordance with HR policies and management guidelines.
  • Create an organizational environment that stimulates morale and productivity.

  • Minimum three years' experience recruiting, hiring, training, and managing employee performance.
  • Minimum one year experience with financial management and/or budgeting.
  • Experience working in a highly regulated industry, preferred.
