">We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Infrastructure Engineer to join our team in Newton, MA. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and building workflows and DevOps infrastructure to achieve Continuous Integration, Testing, Deployment, and Monitoring.
">About the Role
">This is a hybrid role that involves collaboration with infrastructure and development teams to identify areas for improvement within processes and practices.
">Responsibilities
">The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in improving efficiency and achieving Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, and Continuous Deployment. They should also have experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Docker, Ansible, Puppet, Packer, Vault, Consul, and SaltStack.
">Required Skills and Qualifications
">To succeed in this role, you will need:

- BS Degree preferred in Computer Science or Engineering or 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree">
- Experience with Windows and Linux system administration with knowledge of installations, performance-tuning, security, and shell scripting">
- Experience with SDLC Management software and solutions">
- Prior DevOps experience in improving efficiency and achieving Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, and Continuous Deployment in distributed, enterprise-scale architectures">
- Proven experience in building DevOps infrastructure and creating multiple environments">
- Experience with modern service-oriented architecture">
- Experience with Continuous Integration tools (Azure DevOps, JIRA, Maven, Jenkins, Teamcity, Octopus, Gitlab, etc.)">
- Experience with shell scripts, such as PowerShell, Bash, Zsh">
- Source control knowledge such as Git or TFS">
- Prior development experience in any modern language (C#, HTML, CSS, Java, etc.)">
- Experience with cloud and hosted infrastructure on Azure, AWS, or GCP">
- Experience with networking load balancers">
- Containers and Kubernetes experience preferred">
- Cloud CLI and infrastructure as code experience with Terraform, or similar">
- Solid understanding of SQL, relational, and non-relational databases">
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication">
- Experience automating processes as much as possible">
- Experience analyzing and strengthening existing infrastructure for reliability, availability, security, and scalability">
Salary
">The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
